The May planets have many positive aspects in terms of foreign politics and sports, and the first 3 weeks of the month will pass without any excidents.

• The beginning of May is very favorable for women: on May 1, Venus will be in exact conjunction with Jupiter and in sextile with Pluto. This means that by May 6 there will be more women in the public field. They will have a good effect on society and become a source of optimism and abundance. Sometimes, however, their behavior will be out of the ordinary, but they will still find a way to inspire people. Some of the influential women will show their power these days.
   
• On May 4-5, the Sun will connect with Uranus, which means there will be a day of surprises, small mass shocks, which, however, will be safely smoothed out thanks to social agreement. The speech of a public figure will cause a strange reaction among the people.
   
• Throughout the first half of May (and especially on the 4-8th) Jupiter will be in sextile to Pluto. This is a very powerful positive transit, in which even pessimists begin to think optimistically. Expecting the opening of internationsl borders, the resumption of international communications and the cancelling of some previous bans.
   
• In terms of sports, May is very good: on the 8th-22nd, Mars will be at the top of a favorable triangle to the lunar nodes, and on May 7-10, the Sun will also have a sextile to Mars. These are the best days for sports competitions and new records. All energy will be directed in a constructive way. On May 13-29, the Ice Hockey World Cup will be in Finland. The conjunction of Mars with Neptune in the second decade of the month blurs a little the general picture. This means that athletes will be driven by the will to win, and not by exact calculation. The outcome of the matches will be unpredictable.
   
• May 12-13, on the eve of the lunar eclipse, the Sun will rise at the northern lunar node. These days are good for public events, so Eurovision will be in Italy on May 10-14. Some of the famous, charismatic people will definitely speak something important, attract everyone's attention, tell good news, and have a liberating effect on society. But, on courage, some person can harm himself, because Proserpina will reach opposition in these days. A turning point will occur in the life of a famous person, and what has been done cannot be corrected. Fortunately, this doesn't belong to aggressive and military actions.

May Retro Mercury 2022

May begins on the loop of Mercury, which on the 10th will go into a retro phase (for the second time this year). It's better to read my recommendations on this matter now. Although Mercury has completely good aspects until the last decade of the month:

• May 16-21 retro-Mercury will sextile Jupiter, this is a week of good news that will affect the whole world;
   
• throughout the second half of May retro-Mercury will be in trine with Pluto. For the information life of society, this is a very powerful positive transit, which suggests that the incoming news will help to get to the bottom of the truth, show the real picture of reality, which, however, will not scare us, but rather dispel pessimism. Public statements will sound very convincing, and there will be more trust in the world media.

The situation will worsen on May 22 - due to strange news and unsuccessful negotiations. Sanctions and restrictions will be on the agenda again. Fortunately, on May 22-25, retro-Mercury will form a sextile to Mars, which means that people will not be silent, and their words will be consistent with their deeds. But on the same days, retro-Mercury forms a long square to Saturn (until mid-June), which means that a long tension will appear in the information field, a lack of good news, reports of global losses and unemployment.

Crisis end of May

On April 12, the number of cases of COVID-19 infection reached 500 million. But, given that since April 14, after the exact conjunction of Jupiter with Neptune, these planets began to diverge, no new strains are expected. But, since April 28, Jupiter (the planet of large coverage) has formed a quadrature with the Black Moon (the planet of unsanitary conditions), which means that the May spread of infection will be due only to non-compliance with sanitary standards. This transit is very tenacious - it will last until the end of June, so China will slowly get rid of infection.

The second eclipse of 2022 will be a total lunar eclipse. It will take place on May 16 and will be visible in America, Africa and Western Europe. The maximum phase of the eclipse will be 1.42, while the Moon will pass through the southern shadow of the Earth, very close to the center of the shadow, so the Moon will turn red (become full and bloody). The total phase of the eclipse will last about 1.5 hours. Residents of South America and the eastern part of North America will see it well.
