• on August 6, Saturn retrograde will meet Neptune retrograde again (after their July reversals);
• on August 12, the Moon will join them, reinforcing the critical opposition to Mars;
• august 23 - New Moon's quadrature of Uranus

These days are dangerous not just militarily, but also in everyday terms: transport and household accidents, destruction, floods, shipwrecks, and stampedes during the pandemonium are likely.
